- 3 team coaching sessions.
- 9 executive coach sessions for the leader
- Teams of maximum 15
- Total time in hours: 3 modules of 6H each
- Duration of accompaniment: 6 to 9 months
- Investment: $7,200 USD (tax included)
- Additional $100 USD for the talent test per person
PHASES:
- Initial meeting
- Enlistment and summons of the team for the accompaniment.
